Hello Group I think, most of you know this, but I decided to show you my stages of preparing the body for the paint up to primer stage. Lightly wet-sanding the body with fine (800-1000 grit) sandpaper. Another alternative i use is to sand the body with toothpaste (just like you would brush your teeth) for the primer to hold on. After sanding and washing the body with soapy water and a old soft toothbrush: 1. Primer I use Tamiya gray and white primers, they are the finest (grain) and fastest drying primers I have used so far. Even very thin layer covers really well. Controlling OOoopps! Again Filling... All imperfections fixed. and Sanding... All imperfections fixed - ready for another coat of primer, etc.... Finaly primer ;D ;D ;D After the body dries, i have a nice white body shell with hard white surface. Ready for the next step! ;D ;D ;D PS: Hope this will help someone prepare his bodies well for showstopper paint jobs. ;D

After a long time, I also worked on this model. ;D ;D ;D After primed, I wore a silver metallic layer of Tamya. I stuck a couple of small stripes. ;D (Then I remove this, after the next color layer. ) Hope, you like this Tribal T! Or is this a Tribal?

Thank you! ;D ;D ;D After I applied a layer of Tamya`s "Metallic Blue", I removed all the tapes of the bodywork. The interim status is now: Here's an approximate composition, as it once might look like. Maybe ... ;D ;D ;D Hope, you like it so far. ;D
