Great job! If you have a Johan stationwagon taxi kit there is some luggage in there. Just a thought.

Thanks for all the nice comments! Sweet, now the question remains...... where did ya get the tracks??? They're from an old Tamiya KV-1 (Russian) tank I had lying around. I had to cut the tracks to make them the right length, then sew the cut ends together with "invisible thread" (monofilament). A little nervewracking, but turned out better than I'd hoped-- you have to know what you're looking for to spot the joint. I've got a number of tank roadwheels and lengths of track left over, so there may be another halftrack in my future--but it'll be a while; between this one and the Rommel's Rod, I'm about "halftracked out" for now. Great job! If you have a Johan stationwagon taxi kit there is some luggage in there. Just a thought. I do, I do! I'll take a look in there. This one should be in the gallery! I'd love to have it in there, but have no idea how to go about it.

I'm sure glad they reissued this kit, because you have really built one of the most coolest versions I have ever seen. That Beer Wagon nose looks like it belongs on there. If someone didn't know any better they would think this is a kit. Well executed.
This looks like it would have been a Dave Marek Box Art rendering.
I just can't stop looking at it. It's great to see you finished it so fast and it turn out this good. The colors are perfect, love the wood detail on the skis the interior and the trunk.
I love it!
