I think it looks pretty good. I have about 5 of them, but I just bought them for the finned brake rotors.

Was this the Johnny Lightning version? I think you're about the 3rd, possibly more, person who I've seen complain about a version of the Ice Cream truck & I've wondered if it was that one. It's just the only one I've seen on ebay. Fancied making one when I first saw what the box looked like.

Yep..that kit is one big ole' pain in the arse.... you did well to get it together without throwing it across the room like i did...i think the pink is perfect for it!!!! sometimes mistakes take us down a road less traveled.. and sometimes that's a good thing...it definitely is in this case!!!! nice build!....Mike

Big part of the Ice Cream truck is identical with my just finished MPC Street Beast 26..... And MAN was that kit a challenge to build also....
Several times it was extremely close to suffer a violent death, against my living room wall.... But it survived in the end, and I´m happy with that after all.
Like I am happy that your Ice Cream truck survived. It looks great, the color is nice..... Where did you get the ice cream decal?

I was just looking back and saw this thread was thinking that this kit is so bad looking mostly because I was just building this and nothing went right the paint bubbled up and and didn't go on easy even after spending days of prep. the paint was screwed up so after trying for about 2 weeks to get the paint on I just said forget it, threw the kit back in the box, and stuck it back in the pile never to be seen again
