All the entries are great I am just annoyed I could not finish mine. I was out photographing 1:1 hot rods so I ran out of time. But it is great to see so many finished entries. Thanks to all those who helped and organized the comp and to all contestants you are all winners. Lets do it again it was great.

I have reviewed ALL the builds , both finished and unfinished, and I just want to say that one hell of an effort has been put forward by the builders regardless of being finished or not. We all know how life can get in the way and I believe that all parties involved has given it there best shot .. I was one in the past where life got in the way on previous "contests" and I just didn't make the deadline .. So see? it all works out ! .. I commend all involved and say thank for being here.. Also I'd like to personally thank the Coffin Corner Staff - Rally Master, Brandon, Paul , and of course my old street rod brother Dr. Tim Nolan for making this happen.. Many of you have been a true inspiration and coaxed me through the stumbling points on many of my builds (you know who you are) ....What a great turn out thus far ! ..
Peace-Out -Starryeyes-

Wow! I am totally blown away by the builds entered in this contest, some of them are truly outstanding. I am really liking the Tijuana Tiki, Rusty Bill's Stagecoach, Branden's builds, Count Chocula, the Original Coffee Truck, Eddie Munster's ride to name a few. That Zinger VW Bus is just crazy!!! Everyone's a winner in this contest, thanks for sharing them.

No one winner Steve, they're all winners!!! It was a great turnout, and showing of some creative minds. Even though there were 71 people who signed up, my count was 35 people who didn't make it in, but there is still an impressive amount of builds to drool over!!! Also, the thread is open until midnight Easter Sunday, so who knows, we might see more.....

As I look thru the pages of builds I am amazed at the talent! I don't think I could pick the best build, as I mentioned before they all have unique qualities about them.
This assures me that I signed on to the best model forum there is. This is a place that I feel I can continue learning from masters of the hobby.
Thanks to all who made this possible and especially thanks to all the people who found time to build and post. These days life barely allows time for hobbies. Even you guys that didn't finish, you deserve a big thanks for trying to get it completed. The unfinished builds are some great ideas and I'm sure we would all like to see the finished products posted at some point.
Keep on building
Dave

Not a bad bunch of builds although some of them have been around for quite a while. I love seeing some of these all over again.

Well, Guys and Klowns, I would have to say the Corner just pulled off another great contest. Thanks to Tim and Brandon for keeping it fun and doing the work. 90 + builds posted!!!! - some old, some new, some still had more to do. That might be a record for great builds in one showing. Just like everyone else, I have my favorites, but I'll save those for a PM to Timbo. It was really great to see the Dave's Rally C Cab. I had heard the rumors that it existed but was buried somewhere in New Mexico. I would really like to see it posted in the Gallery with a story of it's creation. Hint. I hear Boom knows a lot of what happened to it. One thing that I REALLY liked seeing was the people who finished their first model in years. That's down right emotional! . Thanks for a great holiday weekend guys. Flounder

After looking through the entire list of entries for this contest, I am amazed to see the great turnout of builds that were finished and even those that were partially finished. A lot of work and talent went into those builds and all the guys are winners in my book.
As for myself, I worked a hell of a lot of overtime at work during the time we had to work on our models. Just finding the time to work on my own build was crazy, plus working the midnight shift is hard enough on it's own. Then, on the last day to post pictures to the contest, my old computer died...and it has all my build pics on it! So...until I get the Hard Drive pulled from that computer and get those pics transferred to this new computer, I'll have to wait on posting them. Once I do have the pics I'll post them in the Completed section here on the Corner.
Congratulations to all who participated! Excellent turn out.

Dang, Fools!!! I'm at a real computer, finally, and I just looked through all of your entries. FANTASTICAL stuff built and posted! ;D Some REALLY neat ideas from you. (I'm even gonna have to steal... uh, borrow a couple for future reference ) Unfortunately, I didn't end up entering anything this time. My eyes were bigger than my modeling bench?? Hopefully next time! Great work, everyone! Brian

Geez take a few weeks off while house hunting and look at what you guys can do.
I am not just impressed, because I am, but more like blown away.
I love coming here and seeing just how little I can do...but you just wait....when we finally get a house.......I'll prove just how little I can do...
