I just got Monogram '55 Ford F100 and unfortunately the decal sheet is all rolled up. I thought that maybe I had heard about a cure for this... Does anyone know how to safely flatten a sheet of decals out?

I know that putting yellowed decals in sunlight will bleach them out but curled decals are a different proposition.
What's happened is that the carrier film has become brittle and contracted (usually because of heat) and curled the glue layer and backing paper with it. Simply uncurling it will almost definitely crack the carrier film.
Best bet is to cut (very carefully) the decals you want off the sheet to minimise the distortion and then give them a coating of decal softening solution before wetting them - that should give the decals the chance to become at least a bit flexible before you try to use them.
But if the decal sheet is really badly curled (i.e. it now looks like a tube) then it may be too far gone - you never know until you try!
Good luck!
