After years of pressure from animal rights activists, Old Saint Nick is forced to retire his 8 tiny reindeer and decides to replace them with four V-8 powered snow mobiles. Not wanting to anger the environmentalists, he develops a special form of methanol made from distilled reindeer feed corn. Each snow mobile is remotely controlled from the sleigh with conventional gas, brake and steering controls being converted to digital signals transmitted through a system of antennas. Having well over 1,600 hp at his disposal, Santa is now one jolly old elf!

The sleigh is converted from an old busted up Revell Ed Roth Outlaw I had in my parts stash. The Santa figure is an old cake topper supplied by my friend Andy that I completely refinished and to which I added shades from a Detail Master photo etch sheet. Everything else is scratchbuilt. The finish is House of Kolors Candy Apple Red over a gold base. The chrome is Alclad II Chrome. The snow is good old plaster of paris.

Call me the Grinch, I hate Christmas, but that just put a smile on my face. That is THE BEST use of an Outlaw body EVER!

The whole build is cool, it's so original. You pulled of the theme of it perfectly I bet you'll look forward to breaking this out every December.

If I could make a suggestion, Santa's sack of presents would look good sitting on the passenger seat.
