I never thought as a grown man (well, my body's grown, I'm not so sure about my brain ;D) I would be asking this, I see a few of the monster kits with clear drool on them.
How do I make clear drool?

Or... Devcon 2 part 5 minute epoxy... mix thoroughly making sure you get lots of air trapped in the mix !.. stir until it starts to setup then apply the glue to a piece of scrap sprue letting it slowly "drip" down... after the drips have setup just trim and install on your favorite monster !!

Dave - give yourself a few more years and the drool will come naturally Why not try using a clear silicone from a caulk gun?

On his figure modeling DVD's, David Fisher (from "Amazing Figure Modeler") recommended a bit of stretched clear sprue as a sort of backbone for any longer, hanging, more disgusting (or scary?) drool drops ... with something like 5 minute epoxy added over that, to give it shape. He was doing it on a werewolf model. Looked fantastic when he was done!
