I always thought the Deora would make a cool drag car. I know it's been done before, but I still wanted to do one of my own. I opened up the engine compartment and dropped in something bigger, along with different tires and wheels. Paint is Nassau Blue, Slixx decals. Just something quick and fun!

Cool build! You are right about how good this looks as a dragster, AMT thought the same thing, check the box art on the Alexander's Drag Time Deora issue.

Excellent build, nice and clean. I couldn't help but to notice Kevorkian Bros on the box art for the Alexanders' version. Must have been a Dee-troit thing, I have this one as well: Prbably related to Dr Death as well, he was from Detroit too, right?

I'm with you Dave! This kit screams drag build to me. I bought one for that purpose. You did a great job! I like the stance. It looks like a Wheelstander and in 1:1 I'm sure it would be, whether you wanted it to or not. Looks Great!
