I started this last week, and just got it done. It's pretty much box stock, except that I changed the wheels to some 5 spoked ameicans, and i widened the rears. I also changed the front tires for some slightly skinnier ones. I flocked the entire interior in gold and white, and I swapped out the anemic cross rammed small block for an injected 409. I lowered the rear suspension slightly, and raised the front suspension by cutting off the shock mounts and lowering them. the paint is just clear laquer over the orange plastic. I'm still trying to figure out how to do flocking (this is only my 3rd attempt at it), so the interior isn't perfect. I hope you like it.         |

I have one started years ago, but the flipfront is somehow bent and it does not fit... Your looks much better, Rob, great work! ;D ;D  |

Looks great and the flocking looks great flocking is a pain to do.
I like your mods to it as well.

I love this model. The clear over original orange looks great. I haven't had much success with flocking either but your interior looks good to me. When I built my Street Fighter I did not realize how much the front section of the interior tub would show with the hood open. If I ever get around to building one of the other versions of this model I will paint the front of the tub body color.
