This is a rusted version of the Tijuana Taxi. I kept the taxi theme and added the engine from the Pie Wagon with modifications. I decided to go with the huge slicks and steelies. I fabricated the grill and housing as well as the fuel tank, made from a piece of curtain rod and a couple Red Baron wheels.

The rust is great, and the wood inlays are a nice touch (I actually owned a Montego with masonite floorboards )
