This is just a test of more homebrewed decals I've printed. I find/see various patterns designs across the internet and copy a few at a time. This measures the right amount of gloss clear that I've laid up onto the decal paper after printing from my PC.
I had this little Toyota Land Cruiser snap type kit to test them on.
They look good after a coat of gloss clear on the bodyshell after laying up, to keep them from drying out and peeling off.
It also saves buying aftermarket at around £16 per sheet.
I can get 10 sheets of either white or clear backed decal paper for around £9.
Those are cool Pat - I really need to buy a printer so I can make some stuff at home. I do have a vinyl cutting machine though which makes sitckers - the material is thicker than decal paper though, so I usually use it just for making masks to paint through. These are cool - and that little Snapkit Toyota looks good! Kinda cartoony!
