So, I finally got the most important parts for this build in the letterbox last night! The name I got for my build is "The Dentist Showrod" but I've chosen a "nickname" which is shorter - Toothache ! This is a quick drawing of what may, or may NOT, be of this build.... Nothing set in stone yet....but who knows? Cheers!

I had an idea about scratching the complete chassie setup, but....today...I just remembered I had another kit in the stash which will probably give up it's chassie for my Dentist Showrod.... Stay tuned....

I'll probably use the frame, axles and engine from this kit : And some cool "skull" grips for a motorcycle will be turned into rear tires:

Ha, amazing - I was looking at those exact grips on eBay, thinking they'd be great for some tyres! Brilliant!
That kit is gonna be a great basis for some kitbashing! I can't wait to see it come together!

Today I finally found some time to get this build started! Not much perhaps, but still..... First thing was to widen the frame: I then had to testmount the "body"

GREAT start Darryl! That's looking really cool! You'e done a great job of widening that frame, nice job!
I wondered if the thing you were waiting for was some teeth! Great idea! That's what I would've done too. This is gonna look SO cool!

I've pirated the Digger Cuda for the front axle, frame and engine. Doing some mods though, adding a starter and reversed the tranny for the engine, I also widened the frame abot 1,5" , shortened it by almost 2" and also widened the front axle about 1,5". There may be more mods to the engine further on.....Stay Tuned !

Almost finished the rear wheels, combining the plastic parts of the handles and some large diameter mags which got new outer lips to match the inner diameter of the handles.
