This isn't a show rod but it does involve converting the Bantam Blast kit into a bug funnycar and thought some of you might get a kick out of it. Here is the donor kit and the resin kit that I started with:

And I did my first test-fit of the body and had to modify the opening for the motor a little, just wasn't quite large enough so I dug out a couple of files and went to work. And now I have this:
