'86 El Camino SS

I had to take a break from my Car-Toons Contest build to work on something else . This is a really basic kit and I decided to go curbside so it was a quick one for me , about 4 days !

The plastic is molded in Black Pearl , more like dark gray , so I polished it and then cleared it after the decals were applied .
These photos were taken at night with poor lighting so it looks darker than it really is , the last photo is the true color of the plastic .

It only took 4 days because there's no engine and I didn't do anything to the chassis except glue the rear axle in place . No front suspension and no rear suspension . And the interior is only 3 pieces plus the steering wheel !

Also it's not painted , it's molded in that color . I polished it , added decals , and sprayed some clear . It's a really basic Skill Level 1 kit originally based on a promo .

Sweet build looks great and nice colour. I build this kit a few years ago and roll panned the rear.
