This car did 45 mph top speed . probably with a tail wind going down slope. The kit was quality moulding and excellent fitting parts

Yes it is, ICM kits from the Ukraine. This was the fire truck which had additional parts to do the car

Very nice! I bought all the T's but never opened any up. You've given me the incentive to start the Panel truck one. ICM does some really nice kits in my eyes. Paul
