All of the moulding lines have been smoothed out and primered.All the body seams have been puttied over and sanded out carefully to give a true bodyline affect.I'm a licensed 23 year bodyman so i guess i better know what i'm doing.Hope to have it done and posted within the next 4 months.  |

That is going to be sweet!!!!............I have always admired the 1/8 scale kits, but I have not got around to building one  ............Of course it would help if I atleast bought one to begin with  .....................Fred |

The suspension will be altered a bit at the back to take a pair of wide meats i aquired from an old Golden T Street Rod.The cowel on the hood will be raised a bit to make room for a Hilborn Injector system.The exhaust was made from Aluminun Tube Stock.It was for to fit the chasis the way the original did.I made some rubber tail pipe hangers to support it.The Headers were also made from actual Aluminum Tubing which took me almost a month and a hslf to complete.The header flanges were made from Aluminun flatstock and then drilled to the GM pattern so they could be bolted to the block.Each flange was cut to like the real ones so the Spark Plugs would fit.The paint will be from Kosmic Colour in Kitchener which specializes in Candy Colours.Total for the base and clear for this job is around $360.00 to complete.Well guys as soon as i get further i will keep you posted.

Oh and one more thing.......I actually made gaskets to fit between the Headers and the block for that extra good look.........lol

Thanks Fred...........get yourself one you'll love it....you can pick them off e-bay at a good price lately.I got this one for 43.00 US on bids.It retailed for more than that over here.
