Guys.. I need a Windshield with a Blower opening molded in. A close enough fit for a Trouble Maker ElCamino.. Let me know if you come accross one while digging through your parts boxes...
Thanks..BiLL..

Score a semi-deep guide line and grind/sand to it slowly...

Yeah I figure I'll have to attempt it.. Hoping to just sand an open one to fit.. I got all excited seeing you reply. Thinking you had one..

LOL, it will be hard to find one that fits that car. Try making one out of the clear film stuff if you crack the stocker.... just go for it and work kinda slow... a dremel might work to rough out some of the big stuff, if it doesn't bounce around too much, but I'd hand file it to the corners. I split a deora windshield and cut the center out of a cherry bomb glass with no problems by scoring slowly.
Somebody on here was having good luck with sewing thread,. I tried it on something once and it seemed to work okay but was a little hard to floss through the side of a car with only two hands.....
Good luck!

I highly recommend the thin clear sheet plastic. It looks much more to scale. Make a paper template then transfere to the plastic. Only takes a few minutes. Tape it into place and use some Tacky Glue and your done. Cheap too.
