Well, after the Blue Beetle project, I had to do another one of these great kits from my (our) past. I have always wanted to do the custom version of AMT's '32 Ford Victoria, so after winning three mint kits on eBay, here's my first attemt.... This the box end from 1962....And here's what I ended up with....

The Victoria ´32 Ford body is my all time favorite body from the ´32 era off Fords.
Congrats on a beautiful build. I have´nd seen this version build before. I have build the fendered version off this AMT kit.
BTW; Amazing that they are still present at eBay, it must have cost you a lot of $ !

Very nice! I'm just excited to see more rod stuff showing up on the Corner! I know you guys are building it, let's see more of it. Don't get me wrong, I love the showrods but I really love a nicely done hot rod! You've definitely pulled it off Ratrod as you always do!
Nice! ;D

Thanks a bunch guys!!! This, like the Blue Beetle rescue have been a great break from building contest models, and building for all my clients. I have tried to keep them clean & simple builds, no wiring, or plumbing. I did however use a few photo etch pieces on this one, and a little Alclad chrome on the headers and front axle. The paint is HOK lime gold pearl, with Dupli color clear, and no polishing. Stay tuned as I have a few more "Vintage" builds coming soon, but I need to finish two more contest bikes first!!!

Love the color, love the car! That thing is so perfect... just enough funk to make it fun, and plenty of badass underneath.

I wonder how many of these kits they would sell if your model was used for the box art.
That is sweet!
