This is a kit I wanted for a long time, and I was able get one in a trade. I liked the mid engine design, but was disappointed in the chassis design.I couldn't get the body to sit right with the tilt hinge, so I took it out. The decals were a nightmare, mine just crumbled to dust. I was lucky to have help from the guys here on this site. The blower was cut down to fit in the scoop . The body is painted with Testors Custom lacquer Inca gold spray paint with a clear coat . Its just a stock build , nothing fancy !

Beautiful Work Don !! ...you say the body was supposed to be able to tilt ?? sounds like several things did'nt fit right. I hate it when that happens !! It looks great though. ...Its a shame we can't see underneath !!

Hey Don. In my book there's nothing wrong with "just a stock build". You did a nice job on this build. with all the fit problems I would`a tossed it back in the box or against a wall... BiLL..
