Ha ha, no not really Ed. Neither of those do anything for me really. I'm not much for the 70's look when it comes to customs. But thanks for thinking of me enough to post up some pics. There is an interesting aspect to the bottom one though. I just noticed (I've seen it before) that it is mid engine and has a custom 4 link type setup or so it appears. Very interesting. The oval (top one) isn't bad but still has that 70's/80's look to it.

AJ I was talking about the girls not the car, whats wrong with you.lol Fasteddie. PS PARTS PARTS KITS KITS Ha ha ha, yeah, those are pretty nice too. I wonder what they look like now! Al, a lot of the old timers here definitely know about the Hot Rod Show World programs. We used to talk about them all the time here. The topic always has a way of resurfacing though as do a lot of topics that come and go. Anyone that hasn't seen one in a long time should revisit them and pick up a couple early 70's issues. Lots of great show rod material in them.

Looks like the 'STA' "Bug" has a Corvair or other pancake 6 for power along with a fairly trick for the day IRS! If it lost the 'oh so Seventies hip' square headlights and nose for something more bug like, it'd be a plenty cool ride today! Wonder where it went?
