It doesnt matter how its packaged, just what you do to it in the end that matters.

Does it still come with the LRW parts too, or has it been reduced to only a stock configuration? Does it even say?

Coca Cola collecting is the number one or two 'collector' brand. Coke stuff sells....and non model people will buy these kits (there are a number of them not just this one) and a sale is a sale! I have no plans to buy this one....but if I see one at a decent price I'll pick it up....can't have too many LRW and aftermarket decals are better any way! The coke decals I can always use. Overall ....a GOOD thing IMHO!

My best guess on this scenerio has to do with what Dave Van mentioned and that is sales. Basically you sell as many of the Little Red Wagon kits as you can and when you think nobody is going to buy anymore of them, you change it up and try to pull in more sales from another direction. Branding it with Coke is just a way to grab all those Coke collectors out there and sell more of the kit. They've been doing it for years. Not that there was a change but look at the soda (or pop depending on where you are from) bottle kits that Monogram put out in the 70's. Basically grabbing buyers from 2 genres being model builders and the brand collectors.

Thanks for the input guys. I guess I have a new respect for the Little Red (& white) Coke Wagon. The decals could be used on the Vending Machine and of course all manner of kit bashes. I do not know if the LRW parts are there. My guess is, that they are included.
The drill can be found on Ebay and on several Hobby supply sites. Just do a search for Tamiya Handy Drill. It is nor powerful enough for sanding drums etc. It only drills holes, small holes. I think a 1/8 is probably the largest bit you could use. It's very small and runs on batties.
