Hey Jim. Thanks. Yep, Tres and I go way back and he is the person that actually got me collecting and building Deal's Wheels. I even have a few old Egg Planes on his site....hence the Eggzilla name.

Great build. If they ever did a cartoon version I would expect it to look like this. ;D

Keith, you jumped back into building with both feet. This turned out nice. What tires and wheels did you use? They look right at home.

Hey Guys, thanks for the kind words. I appreciate it . Bert, those are the stock wheels and tires that came with the kit.

I took a little time to make some better pics this afternoon. They are a little closer to the real color.

Looks awesome (as always) Keith! I think people are scared to build these because they cost so darned much on eBay. You did a great job with a super-rare kit. I forgot to mention to you in the earlier emails that my '69 Cougar Eliminator was Wimbledon White, so that's a color that's near and dear to me

My philosophy? A $300 box looks as good sitting on a shelf empty as it does full of parts. If you don't build 'em, you can't enjoy them. Does anyone else see it that way?
