I built a replica of the "Crimson Skull" from a pocket Rod & Custom .. When it came time for the side trim I was stumped ... so after a little thought I cleared my building table and formed strips of 1/32nd Evergreen strips to replicate '58 Ford side trim .. I then carefully aligned the pieces laying them flat on the glass top building surface and super glued them together. Once they were dry I took my single edge razor blade and carefully ran it underneath of the trim to release it from the table top (no jig required !). Once positioned on the car I used a little CA to tact them in place then finished with Bare-Metal-Foil ..
