If they were all unbuilt he might have a chance , but with most of them built and missing pieces it will be tough to sell them as a package at that price . Listed seperately in auction format he'd sell them easy . At least six are in the $100 - 200 range and two would go for more . I'd like a shot at a couple of them !

I dunno...maybe I'm a bit on the cheap side....but, even IF I had the money I still think about $800 for the lot would be more realistic. My 2c

I've collected Deal's Wheels for many years .. and Don is right .. the "Buy it Now" price is very competitive in the REAL world .. even in their present condition . I have also sold many of my builder kits, sealed kits, and open kits to many here over the years and had no problem getting prices Don spoke of .. Buying "all of your sealed kits" for $200 sounds a little too good to be true especially if comparing ALL your kits being sealed & original like THIS seller with original kits in their condition but kudos to you my friend for being at the right place at the right time .. Granted the market does fluctuate on plastic like everything else but I think the seller in right on target ..

Sooner or later kits you want will show up and be at a reasonable price. I have found car kits at garage sales, toy fairs, thrift shops and even with 'free' marked on a cardboard box on the side of the road. Also, as soon as you part with your big $$, Revell will re-pop and on the shelf they are. All in all not worth the anxiety my friends. My nickles' worth.........as we are getting rid of the penny........... Cheers Eh!

After many years I finally collected all the Deals Kits. Some were glue bombs that I restored, Some were lucky Ebay wins and others were done by trading (thanks Chuck !) I never went crazy on high bidding ,but it did take years t to finally complete my set. In all honesty, I'll bet I never spent more than $50.00 for any of them, so it can be done cheaply. $1900.00 is way out of my price range, but hey, I'm half Scottish ! -Bottom line , If you have that kind of cash to spend on plastic, and you want nearly all of them at one time (no Super Spurt) Its a fair price.

I bought none of them on eBay, so the prices were actually pretty good, yes I recognize that today those prices may be way to low, however I bought my kits over a period of years starting around ten years ago, using anything from Goodwill to alternatives like toy shows. Since then I have parted with all but three, Swine hunt (now built), baja bug (still sealed), and a bug bomb. Immediately I felt buyers remorse, however at the time I was trying to fund another project and needed the money, and after resent experiences with selling lots in eBay hadn't worked, I sold them all separately separately while only keeping my favorites.
