I just picked up an original set of the psychedelic "Digger" decals that I'd like to put on the reissued kit . They look ok, but due to their age and size I'm afraid they will break apart. Has anyone used decal bonder on old decals like this ?

Absolutely YES ! I use Testor's Decal Bonder all the time . Two light coats letting the first one dry about 10 minutes before spraying the second coat . It keeps old decals from disintegrating when you try to use them . It works so good that I actually use it on all my decals unless I know for sure that they are brand new . Oh , and be sure to lay the decals flat when spraying them .

I use an inexpensive enamel clear from Wal-Mart Den .. plus it can be used for other modeling projects ..
