We've done this several times in the past but the first time where one of the corporate head's phone numbers was posted was the best. We pretty much got a nasty response to that one...as if that was going to end nicely. Anyway, I honestly think that there are lurkers watching that have something to do with things and we are getting reissues as much as we are going to these days.
With the years I've been at the Rally there are a few (seems like) givens. We're not going to get the Rommel's Rod back, the Dragon Wagon is gone (to the Hangman), and who knows what's with the Tijuana Taxi. If ya want these kits, ya basically gotta be lucky enough to find one at a swap meet or dig in your wallet for eBay. Those are pretty much givens.
A.J.
PS: But I'm not opposed to trying, don't get me wrong. Production runs are larger than a 100 though so chances are they might look at our request list but it won't affect anything unless there are about 1900 other people that are interested.

Most likely one reason behind the map string hits is that members like myself look from time to time to see the updated map pic and see how the little pins are falling into place. As for being heard. I agree but I guess I'm just reluctant because I've already been party to it a couple times. But if someone like yourself wants to come up with something, I'll put my name down. A.J. Well, I see that Our Map Has Over 1,115 Views, it just makes me wonder, how many Potential Members there REALLY are out there ? ! , I find it hard to believe that the People in charge From REV / MONO & AMT could ignore Numbers like These? ....on the other hand, if thier just "Slapping Buttons" & Punching the Clock...........Well........? ...I Still Say at the very least, Everyone should Pop a suggestion to the said "Companies" ( Through thier feedback , service or E-mail) ; & let your Suggestions be Heard, IT CAN'T HURT ??!

Hey AJ, I Kinda Figured that alot of those Map hits were repeat checks, But 1,115 seems like alot ! , I just think maybe even if 1/3 are Members/Lurkers, It's still pretty high ?! I can see how previous contact to these Companies has resulted in zero results & alot of discouragement among us Modellers , but ; I just don't see giving up as a viable alternative.

I've not given up Rick, just hangin in as the few guys that have our interests in mind are getting some showrod kits reissued. They only trickly out but if you even look back say 3 to 4 years ago, they weren't giving us anything so somebody is listening. But like I said, if somebody does something to try and get in again, I'll be on board. Once again, not giving up, just waiting. A.J.
