That's probably one of Norm Grabowski's one-off skull shifters. He does all kinds of wierd stuff with them, including gold and precious metal plated parts, inlaid stones and jewels, etc; They bring BIG bucks too! I've seen some of them up close and personal in Daytona, most of what was for sale was several hundred to well over a grand each!!
