Hey Ya'll.... Here's another conversion I've been workin' on. s241.photobucket.com/albums/ff305/BAD4GOOD/57%20cHEVY%20GO%20MAD%20conversion/The roof is from the standard Revell 1/25 wagon as is the front bumper . The roof was narrowed and shortened to fit the DW 57 coupe. The bumper was narrowed and a tube grille added. As you can see in the pictures....I didn't like it sitting so high up there in the front...so I dropped it. I always thought it needed the bumper,so it was added to the project.( Looks kinda goofy without one,to me) The surfboard and racks are from the DW Van kit, with the mounting point relocated to fit the narrow roof. The pipes are from the DW ZZZZ28 kit....not sure on location yet, dump in front of slicks or out the rear? Still looking for a scoop instead of the blower set-up to fill the hole. Now to decide the color.....Boyd orange met. or green met., either one will have a white roof. This project started as glue bomb from Evil-Bay since I didn't was to open the sealed kit. Tell me your thought on it.........Stan

Nice conversion! I like the way it sits, and the Nomad roof is nicely integrated. I added a front bumper to my Nomad as well:

I like it so far, it's really coming along nicely. You did a good thing by opening a sealed kit. Better than someone else opening it. ;D
