I actually built this hot rod, because another of my Fiat Railjobs was asked for by Mark Gustavson, to reside in the International Model Car Museum in Sandy, Utah. He had stumbled on it on one of my webpages and I actually built it as a tribute to my model car building hero, Don Emmons. I used his article from and old Rod and custom models issue, like as seen in my foto when I was 14 years old, I wished I could someday build a model like him. Here's the finishing intallment of this build, which shows if you use your imagination and have a bunch of parts boxes from 40 years of building, you can make just about anything. Here's how the wheel wells look installed. Have you noticed yet I changed the zoomies! (exhaust pipes) I also added some sheet metal to the interior bucket. I added what appears to be a push bar made from a capped pipe. I used some old carburetor tops to make these. Had to make a floor too! Model is turned upside down in this foto. Needed a drag chute to slow us down! Needed a scoop to ram the air in and a fuel pump for the Go Juice! And here's the finished product

First of all, I really need to let you know that I love the look of this build. My only critique here would be that your floor should be BELOW the transmission, and not on top of it. There isn't enough room under the cowl for two knees, shins, feet and controls unless they sit on either side of the transmisson. Sit in a FED sometime, and you'll see what I mean.

Sorry I don't have the info. you seek. BUT the last time I saw him was at the Int. Model Car Museum in UT. at GSL 20. Therefore, I bet that Mark G. or one of the club members up there would have some contact info. on him... Don's a great guy, would be worth your time..!
