Yesterday 6/1 I purchased 2 boxes of old games at an auction. Mixed in the boxes were a few old model kits and some built models. Down at the bottom of one of the boxes were 2 AMT kits. I have a AMT Royal Rail and a AMT Der Beetle Bus. They are complete in their boxes. I've went over the parts using the instructions and they are complete, decals and instructions too. The parts are nearly all still attached to the trees. The trees are nearly all still in their plastic bags. The boxes are so clean and straight with sharp edges and corners.
Both kits are for sale.
The other kits in the boxes are military tanks and some built military tanks.
I don't know how to post pictures.

I made this post before I registered. Now I'm regstered. Same name. Now I have to figure out how to post images. And I'm not sure how I will be communicating with anybody out there whom is interested. Wife and I have an ebay account and will probably be listing these there.

I'm trying to figure out how to post images. I have already take the pictures and uploaded them to Auctiva. Can I use Auctiva as a image host for posting the images here? I have no idea how to post images. I'm used to using ebay which requires no technical know how. We would simply list these on ebay right not, at this moment we are passed due on our seller fees, so ebay is not allowing us to list anything right now until we pay up. But we need to sell to. Our ebay ID is bijinstar, check it out, and you will see our ebay feedback is ok.

I really don't know what price to put on these. If anybody makes an offer, wether I accept or counter or decline or what not, I'll be sure to acknowledge and not just leave you hanging, and we can keep that offer on the table if you like. I'm just playing it by ear. I'm thinking these are more for a collector whom wants to keep them rather than build them because they are so pristine.
Thanks for your communications rwildeone and BigDave, I've responded to you both.

Hi guys & girls How about this? I'm gonna take a step forward. Please remember that I don't really know what the collectible true value of these should be and I'm just playing it by ear. I'm not trying to be greedy but I did spend $1200 the other day on a bunch of junk at that auction where I got these. Lucky they were in the boxes. I'm gonna start my prices at $200 for the Royal Rail and $150 for Der Beetle Bus. Those are my starting points and I'll negotiate from there. I'll leave FeePay out of it, if that's ok with you all. I can accept Paypal. I'll be sure to get them in the mail within 5 days. I'll be sure to pack them carefully. Bye again; Edward

Not really. I've never seen a Royal Rail as pristene as yours appears.
The Beetle bus is a tad high, but thats just my opinion.
I just blew all my money on a laptop though.

Update. I just checked over every peice again and I have some news. There is no difference in the quality and condition of the models. The Der Beetle Bug is exactly as I stated with every single peice. But the Royal Rail is missing the tiny clear plastic head light cover which fits onto the chrome head light which hangs in the front at the end of the long pole. When I checked the other day it was there. I think I missed putting it back into the box. Then when I wiped down the table I didn't even see it. Chalk that up to lack of experience. I didn't realise that every teeny tiny peice could be something. Today when I was going over all the 1/35 scale Tamiya military models I realise how teeny and tiny the peices could be and noticed how people whom don't know do what I did. And I can't go digging in the trash bin because the trash truck came this morning. But both models are still in the pristine condition I stated. Maybe what you can do is use part of the clear plastic tree to melt it down and make a replacement? I'm a little disappointed in myself. I goofed it again.
