Here's what's "off" the bench this weekend!!! This is what was left over from the first two kits I used. This one uses the softail frame, the shorter forks, and the longer front fender. The only mods I really did on this one was make the cruzer handlebars, and I shortened the headlight bucket. It's painted HOK lake violet pearl, which in the sun looks purple, otherwise, it's right out of the box (what the hell's up with that?) LOL!!! Now, it's time to get on to the next one, like Tim, I have tons of ideas!!!

Actually Paul, it's for every two kits, you get two bikes, but you have a variety of parts to build different styles of bikes. Now with 6 new bike kits from Revell (these things are hot, I just can't believe it took so long for a kit manufacturers to jump on the bandwagon) Heck, the diecast market has been on it for years!! These bikes have given new hope to the plastic model industry, so let's show some support here. Who knows, maybe these will help us get more reissued SHOWRODS......Keep those $$$$$ flowing.

This is proof that an out-of-the-box build can be beautiful too! Man, it just looks "right". Beautiful bright paintwork and a nice stance. I really like your work man.

i have a couple of these bike kits, which i have not started on yet. i'd really like to use the hardtail frame, and stick a triumph motor in it. i just can't seem to find a triumph twin in the same scale as these choppers. or, maybe a stretched twin engine bike, using the kit supplied v-twins ? i was thinking that two v-twins mounted sideways would be cool, and a big honkin slick out back to make it a drag bike.

Hi Ratrod
I really like the bikes, especially the blue/purple one. The stance on that one is simply right on target. Really, really nice. ;D
