OK Timbo, I have almost caught up with you. Now it's time to refine the design and do some mock ups. I'll be showing my hand, so don't bite it. LOL. Here is the first sketch that started it. Hosted on FotkiAnd here is where we are now... Hosted on FotkiOnce all the body work is sroted out, then the chassis comes next. Pretty slick Scott. You win.
I was going to basecoat mine today, but the weather turned bad, so that went out the window........

I agree with Ira Scott,
Is there still time to move the cockpit foreward..? It looks good now BUT you may really nail it with that... Worth a try IMHO..!
The drawing in the foreground really dose justice to the Corvette, I'm diggen' it..!
Ran into a small problem with my engine install but think I've got a handle on it... Right now my motor sits in her new home & will soon be able to kill a rat fink..! Taken a break before I add wheelie bars but I still think I'll make my April 26th deadline...
Looks like Timbo the tool klown is in for a 1 - 2 punch from the left coast..! Hizoot ;D

You are right Zoot. The canopy need to slide forward. It could also use to be a little shorter with a more dramatic curve down at the back.
I'll be on it again later this week. Got work work to do now.
Thanks for all the input everyone.

Good call bud, yes make it a little shorter as well..!
I would keep a gentle slope in the back & save the drama for the front like your sketch. If you want to do all that Foose mumbo jumbo, go for it, just keep your proportions the way YOU'd want to see it on the dry lake... WTF you know what to do, just do it..!
Hizoot ;D

Wow Flounder,
Hizoot told me this was going to be different & he's right. I don't get much computer time but this was worth the wait. Now I see how you guys make these things so different than on the box-
