I think getting a bashed together project all one color, even if it's just primer, really helps seeing it in different ways. Like a more finished version of one item, rather than several pieces of mis matched parts... Tried a can of "Sandable Automotive Primer" in the garage, I shot a couple of known scraps from building parts of the 'Dutch Treat', once they passed the spray test, I went ahead and put a couple coats on the "Treat" itself, here's the results... Now I can see where I'm short on fill work, so there'll be more putty jammed here and there, and I'm still looking for a nice clean pearl white. Meanwhile... The motor is broken down and being readied for some serious detailing... Stand by, thoughts, comments welcomed!
