renwal i beleive,they had a series of modern interpitations of the classics like the dusenberg,mercer,packard,etc

agree. Renwal. 1966-ish issue I believe of the retro Stutz Bearcat but they all run together with age. Someone here is a Renwal collector, but that search thing below is close to useless.

Yep its the Bugatti. Virgil Exner designed it and there was a 1:1 built for his personnel use. It was actually built over the last Bugatti chassis ever built. www.madle.org/ebug.htm
