Did anyone else see that bathtub model on e-bay right now ? ...not by Eldon, not by Doyshua, by " NICHIMO" (never heard of this) but looks very Kool... But @ $180.00... ... ... well you know ... That looks legit. Kit companies often swapped molds or molded kits for each other (then re-boxed them). NICHIMO is a real Japanese kit manufacturer so it is feasible that they repackaged the Bathtub model. I got my (Doyusha) kit on eBay couple of years ago and I paid about $70 for it. Now I finally have some good reference photos for a decent build! No, I won't build mine "weathered"! But those photos give me good detail shots I needed. I'm not sure if I'll finish my mine in that puke-pea-soup-green "avocado" upholstery. I might make it yellow (like the box art shows).

To me it looks very complete, and restorable, I sure hope one of the many show rod restorers around gets a hand on it!!! Check out the bed buggy too, another great one to restore. What's ole George doing, taking credit for building the bathtub too? Would that surprise you?

Hey !! that Hemi is the Kooolest ( real ) engine I've ever seen !! As for a resto "Simple" just go down to the K-mart & pick up a toilet brush & some of that scrubbing bubbles stuff... ... Did anyone else see that bathtub model on e-bay right now ? ...not by Eldon, not by Doyshua, by " NICHIMO" (never heard of this) but looks very Kool... But @ $180.00... ... ... well you know ... I have the Nichimo Bathtub, and the Nichimo Invader. They were produced when Eldon was in charge of the dies, the main body is still marked ELDON. When Doyusha prouced these kits, the word ELDON was removed.
