Yup.....and BOTH versions are curbside kits only...different decal options though.
WTF Ertl.....at least ya should have made a full detail kit instead releasing of two of the same kit and asking a premium price for an inferior product....
Just my 2 cent.....Stan

Just my 2 cent.....Stan He's talking about the new Revell kit, not the R2/AMT promo-based kits that were out a couple of months ago. The Revell kit is full detail.

AMT ERTL released two of there's as curbside kits and are a bit less than expected.
The ne REVELL kit just came out and is a full detailed kit with engine. I saw a test shot at the Milwaukee NNL and it looks pretty good. I've been waiting for the Revell version, I won't buy the AMT at all.

There's grumblings already that the Revell wheels / tires are too big and you're better off using the Revell kit for most of the build, and the AMT kits for the wheels & tires. I've got the R2/AMT 2008 Challenger and I think its a fun build, something to get your mind off any other build that's turning out to be a headache & a half. Nice curbside to display at work for something new.

Agreed.....the Round2/AMT kit is nice and at my LHS not near as much as the Revell. FYI...Ertl no longer makes any kits. AMT is run by our friends John and Tom.......
