Here's the the first demo model built by Atlantis. Clear coat only, so you're seeing the color of the molded plastic:

Thanks for the kind words, Bob, and thanks Paul for adding another one of my builds to the gallery. This might sound silly , but it's kind of a dream come true! And I've got more coming!

It's such an honor to have one of my builds featured in the Guest Gallery. Thanks Paul! (I'll try to wait a few days before I send you another one! )

I never go out anyway, and I always have a kit going, so my lifestyle hasn't changed a bit. Stay safe...

When I was a kid I didn't have the patience to scrape the plating off the chrome parts, so building never went well for me. I don't think I ever actually finished a kit.

Just finished this Shaker Trike. The box says '1/25', but as you can see, it's MUCH bigger than that.

Another rare one! I’ve never seen one of these built! I like the color! I know these are 1/20th scale - but how big is that for these? I can’t really visualise how big it is It's not that big. It compares with Chuck Wagon and Popcorn Wagon

I'd totally drop the guy a message and be like "hey, I'm missing this bit" I'm pretty sure it's from a different kit (it's not pink) so I don't care that much. It's not enough to make this kit complete, I'm probably gonna have to buy a Grim Reaper for parts anyway... Thank goodness they have identical engines.

...missing a few significant engine pieces, most notably the main cylinders. I'm thinking the new Grim Reaper might be a suitable donor kit. They won't be pink, but maybe I can spray a translucent pink over them and get a close match. Anybody got some extra Grim Reaper parts they wanna sell? Isn't this them? That's from some other kit, and the guy didn't include it in the package (this is the ebay photo) I suppose i could raise hell about it, but I'm tired)

Looking to buy or trade for the cylinder halves from Tom Daniel's Grim Reaper. There might be some other engine parts I need as as well. Anybody got some extras??

I can't believe I'm saying this, but I actually like the Fire Iron wheels better on this kit. Go figure.

I've built all the show rods I like (except my two grail kits, Horn Toad and King Chopper - maybe someday). So I decided to move on to my other childhood modeling memory, Aurora monsters. Anyone else into these?

for me, it was getting the rear wheels to fit up inside the body and getting the body top to fit with the body bottom. And the front end of the windshield was way too big. I had to throw away my first attempt and try again.
