That sucks! When I shipped a commission 1:8 Big T back to Nebraska, the UPS must have used it for a basketball!

Like they think a person is going to personally hand carry the package from door to door. But that said, I've had models mailed that were packed really well - bubble wrapped in packing peanuts in a sturdy box - that still had delicate pieces broken off when I received them. Brian |

It was my birthday last month, and my Mother In Law got me a Depth Charger kit!  AMT really knocked it out of the park with this reissue - the molding is nice and clean, it has a few decal options, four sets of glass (!), a mini box to assemble to display with the car...even an AMT toolbox sticker!   These aren't too pricy at the minute either - I saw a guy selling them Buy It Now on eBay for like $10. I should pick a couple more up for parts. Corvair engine, some nice narrow front wheels, a frame that would be useful for kitbashing - all kinds of goodness in the box with these! |

Today's flea market find! $5 for this...   Missing one header, but looks complete I think, that aside? And $1 for what looks like most of a Mustang in a freezer bag...not gone over it yet...  Anyone else pick up anything cool recently? |

Follow up on the Black Widow with the missing header - I noticed that the kit rattled when I moved it. I couldn't figure out why until I carefully slid the cover off the pickup bed  Score! |

Just scored this on EBAY,.....The rarest of Rodfathers....It does NOT have the Fat rear slicks and rear wheels as the Revell version does...It shares the same rear wheel/tire combo as the Revell Canned heat (amongst other Revell kits).

found this  and yesterday a 41 chevy pickup a 51 F-1 and a double flip 53 ford pickup sealed lost a coronet and a cuda on that one but the sealed truck worth a lil bit will get pic soon as it's in my hands lol |
