Does anyone know if such things have ever been produced? By anyone? Anywhere?

If you need stock valve covers, I don't think so, but I just ran across a set of finned ones with the two bolts in the top in my stuff...

Where did you find these NOS parts? Do tell! There are many of us that would love to add a set to a street rod or three...

I just found this out:
If you want an Olds Rocket motor, there's one in the Beatnik Bandit kit that's pretty frequently available on eBay. It's a fairly detailed motor, but I don't know that I'd go so far as to say that it's a great one.
I just googled: model resin valve covers olds oldsmobile
The article also said the AMT Willy/s truck/coupe kit boasts an Olds 500

Not sure if either of those engines have the "Rocket" logo on them, which is what I was after.
Pretty sure the old Revell Anglia/ Thames and SWC gassers were Olds engines as well.

I just looked. No logos! If you find a U.S. source, keep us in mind.

Honestly I believe I have a set with "Rocket" in raised letters .. It's going to be a while before I can dig for them though .. Who inquired about them originally ..?
