I'm in awe, that is incredible. Super build, John. Give me a second, i'll grab my helmet and take her around the block, that's how real the pics look.

Helmets? We don neeed no stinking helmets!!! ;D ;D ;D No kidding on the "realisim"!!! In the top view pic of the tank/motor, I could swear the damn fan is spinning!!! As usual, Fan-Freakin'-Tastic John!!! The alclad replacement of the chrome is really convincing "polished aluminum"! The paint and spider webbing are flawless, as is the wiring & plumbing!!! The only bone I'd pick, and for the first time ever, on any of your builds, would be the angle of the body work at the rear. At the same time, never having worked with this kit, there may be alignment issues I'm not aware of . Still, an ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE BUILD!!! Just my thought on the "angle of the dangle for the junk in the trunk" ;D ;D ;D . "Paulie"

Paulie......I am not one for making excuses but,...........after looking at my photos I did notice the rear end sitting low.......well I also made a solo seat that gives a completely different look.....anyway the whole back section is removable so that I can use the solo seat if I like.......and I must have not noticed that the body was not sitting right when I took the photos......by the way the tail lights light up as well ....thank`s for the great comments,John

Wow! What a freakin' awesome build. The angles you use in your photography give all your builds that over the top realistic look. Two-thumbs up.

Another one out of the park John! The paint and detailing are superb. In the lesson learning department, I have never thought about using the water slide tattoos as decals. There are some really cool ones out there.

Hi, John! First off, I want to say that I think your work is INCREDIBLE!!!! I'm not usually one to smother someone in accolades but, I've been a 'fan' of your work for quite a while. Your attention to detail and your paint work are first rate! I really admire folks that can pull off absolutely beautiful, detailed builds every time. I've just got couple of questions for you.......Where do you find the time to do it all? How many years have you been doing this type of quality work? I'm just amazed!!! Keep up the great work!!! You are an inspiration to the rest of us.

Td fancharles.......Well I am embarrassed to say that I have been out of work for about a year......work is really slow....sometimes I have a side job or so......I do hard wood floors and kitchen cabinets......I have been making a little money building models for some customers......about 3 years ago I was working for a diecast car place called "Precision Miniatures" it was also called "Motor City U.S.A.".......I fell on the place by accident.....I passed by the place one time and noticed that they sold drag racing diecast cars and asked if I could buy one......well I also asked if they needed any help........ and that I build models......well they asked me to bring some of my work by.......they liked what I did but,I was using rattle spray cans at the time......well they gave me a shot on a trial basis ......well it worked out......but they said I had to learn how to use an airbrush.....so they taught me......well I started really getting into building as a hobby......then the local hobby store where I bought my materials asked to see some of models......well they liked them and said that I should enter them in model contest......I did not know that model car contest still exist?........Well when I went to my fist model show 2 1/2 years ago I won best of show......well I have been hooked ever since.......and I want to thank all the people that criticized my work because it made me want to build better everytime I built a model........People have asked me over and over again how long does it take me to build a model......well one week to a month depending on what I am making.......I know it sounds impossible but, when your not working and you know what paints and glues dry fast and you have a system that works for you its kinda like a job.......I only have a few friends that know and seen how fast I build.......I do this for me and customers that want something built anyway.......thank`s to everyone for the warm comments.

Hi, John! Thanks for responding back to me on some of your background. Impressive! Sorry about the work thing. It seems so many have been hit with this bad economy. I can see now where you find the time to do all the incredible work that you do!!!! That has always been my problem......lack of hobby time. There's so much I could do and learn to do if there was more time in my day. But there just isn't. Work and family come first. All I can say is that I love your work and I'll continue to check each one out when you post them! Good luck to you and the job hunt.

wow, incredible work!! the engine looks so real. you say you do hardwood floors? I have been sanding and finishing hardwood floors for over 26 years now, and I know that it has taken a toll on my hands. I just can't do the tedious work I like to do on models anymore. you are fortunate, and your skills are awsome

Beautiful job!!!! That alclad sure makes this trike realistic looking, I find revell chrome looks too toyish or fake.
