This is a shot in the dark.....(shaking my head) I got a Monogram Yellow Jacket the other day that is unbuilt, but is missing the drag parts. The owner was prepping for a project he had in mind and removed all drag racing parts which is what I really wanted to use on it. Does anyone have parts for this kit? Used or new parts are just fine....as long as they are usable, I don't mind. I have some parts , maybe something you need? I also don't mind parting with the stock stuff from this kit in exchange for the drag stuff. I want to build the drag car on the box cover. I just scanned the lid , this is the kit I need parts to build. TIA

What exactly are you looking for? I might have some....... Lance thanks for your reply Lance. I am missing all parts that are for the drag version. I have a feeling the guy who originally had this kit tossed them out. Here is a part of the instructions, you can see the whole engine , roll bar, rear wheels and tires and the push bar are all parts I need to build it.

Motor looks like the same as the Green Hornet with other Headers. Same block and covers as the Animal lover. Let me see what I have left from my animal lover build.

Thanks for checking, but I have a whole engine coming thanks to a buddy! Just as an FYI, I don't think they are the same. Here is the Hornet.. there are some similarites, but you can see what I mean. Still need the roll bar and push bar if anyone has them.

Just some info for ya Bob...The engine I believe (at least the basics to it) came in all the versions of the Red Chariot (and the Phaeton 6 in 1) and the Yellow Jacket (and the Model A 6-in-1). I had gathered parts for restos on both of them and it seems that a good deal of both kits are the same. Noticeable differences were the intakes, exhaust, and some other random parts but things like the push bar, wheels, tires, steering wheel and others were shared between the kits.

thanks for the info, I have been realizing that too. I have seen a few of those kits built in the last few months and I am positive the roll bar , wheels etc.... like you mentioned are the same. Thanks for pointing that out, maybe someone has the parts afterall and didn't know it? ;D

If all else fails you could probably fabricate these items.
