heres the roughest car ive tried to restore it was my dads in the 70's and he gave it to me a few years ago the roof is rough so much paint no door trunks lines hacked up frame had plastic weirdohs slicks on the back car was unhacked before i got it in 07 i did this crime

got the frame loking better hacked up wheel wells 1 quarter panel fixed thanks to badroadahead for the parts body for it quarters, roof, and hood inside wheels for it thanks for loking

the interior that came with it was trash got a black interior from the parts box.

Man..I understand you wanting to restore it cause it was your Dad's...but geez...looks like one of those deals where you just remove the steering wheel and put another kit in front of it... you definitely have your work" cut out" for you..pardon the pun... wonder how much of the original kit will be left?...hats off to you for the effort...i'm really interested to see how this turns out... keep us posted....Mike

i got some more done on it today, i permanently glued the roof on and put the vent window posts back in, painted the frame and suspension, gonna put a coat of primer on tomorrow will post pics later

So 2 years later and no noticable progress, Got a good mockup in though I have been working on the blac Badman in the pics and decided to get dads out for a photo op. The black one is mostly stock just has a bench seat instead of buckets and no backseat, it will be yellow and dads orange really hoping to get them done by the end of the year as I'm finding myself with less and less free time.

Like I always say... It's only plastic. I know we sink much more labor in a kit bash, so if you want to restore your dad's old car, I think it's awesome. I love a resurrected glue bomb. It's soulful.
I love the stance with the lowered rear and missing front valence.
