Okay, okay it's not a car, but it is a couple of items I had been thinking could possibly work together. 
Of course the main component is the Scooby Doo Mystery Machine while the main theme is actually a Hallmark Christmas ornament. These were both the subjects of Saturday morning cartoons during the sixties and seventies. I took obvious liberties with Scooby by turning him into a dalmatian, and I grafted the noggin of an altered Harry Potter action figure onto Shaggy's skinny little body as it fit the overall scale better. Kinda goofy but... ;D
