I see this listed now for Lexan and plastic kits, but does anyone have any experience with it ? I don't have access to an airbrush so this would be great for me if it works .

I've seen it listed on Ebay several times and the prices aren't too bad.

Before you guys get too carried away with this... go to your local O'Reilly/Auto Zone/Advanced Auto Parts... whatever you have. Most places carry what is called "chrome" paint in a rattle can. I tried this on some bigger parts a few years ago and it seemed to work pretty well... a little practice should make for better results. Like Ramon said... the secret is to get a thin coat. It probably costs alot less than the Alclad and might just work for you. I'd be happy to hear how anybody makes out... might even hafta try it again myself.

No offense, but I've tried a lot of those chrome paints from auto parts places, and none have been that good ,IMO. I've had guys here send me parts that they've airbrushed with Alclad, and this spray has the same results as the airbrush. Its the closest thing to chrome that I've seen. I did pay a little more, but to me it was worth it. If there is a new chrome paint brand that works as well as this, I would definetely pick some up !
