I like this kit and i built several of them as a kit. I like it BETTER as a gasser, and those tires you chose look like snow tires to me (sorry, but those are the exact tires that i hate the most). there's also something wrong with the headlights, they stick out too far.

personally l think it's a good looking build and it's his choice to build it the way he wants and besides who are you to be putting down builders when was the last time you built anything decent build apart from those idiotic peddle bikes l thought this was a model site I like this kit and i built several of them as a kit. Change your tampon man.. we have free speech and thats his OPINION. Its also called critiquing. Do you not have that down under or just too stupid to realize that is what he was doing? Now back to the model. Its a nice build and it doesn't look bad de-gassered, but the headlights do stick out way to far in my OPINION

"personally l think it's a good looking build and it's his choice to build it the way he wants and besides who are you to be putting down builders when was the last time you built anything decent build apart from those idiotic peddle bikes l thought this was a model site" Ohhh ouch!! You really got me there man. Idiotic peddle bikes? Wow...kick me while I'm down. I have every right to post my opinion. I didn't bash his build, I just said that I hate the tire choice, and the headlights are wrong. when was the last time I built anything decent? hmm, lets see.... Need I go on??

Rob - thanks for hijacking my post........
I appreciate all comments even if you have a strong opinion on my choice of tires. I do not get offended, I just keep on building.
This build was mainly an experiment for testing pearl paint. I like how the pearl looks in the sunlight and will try it on another color.

I didn't hijack your post. Mr. Sammy ace (whatever that's supposed to mean) wanted to see what i've built......so i gave him a sample.

I think the build looks great, on another note, when i built mine i stuck my headlights inside the fenders. but it looks great and i love the color.

If so, do yourself a favor and use a black base. Not only does it save you paint, the end result is a brighter color. Actually if it was nail polish, even if not a color shift, most look much more brilliant over black.

I use el cheapo walmart flat black and it works great

I am working on another build that I may use a black base and the pearl over it. Thanks for the tips and thanks for all your comments.
