here's the rear fender and fake gas tank for my new chopper bike build. I'm going for a 60's dragster look with this one. The paint is aztec gold with a tiny bit of yellow and a tiny bit of pearl dust mixed in. I shot it through my touch up gun. I still need to clearcoat, wetsand and buff them out, and then some 60's style ivory pinstriping. the underside of the fender is painted the same color. here's how the bike looks, minus the tank, fender, grips and seat. I also put on a different brake lever and i put it on the right side instead of the left. I found an old all aluminum brake lever that was painted black. I stripped off the paint and polished the whole thing so it looks chrome. the new grips are chrome with black rubber diamond inserts. the rear tire is a 24" x 3.45" wide drag slick. I wish the rear tire said "M&H Dragmaster" in white lettering. when i got the tire it had some flames and writing on the sidewalls, but it was all done in red. so, i removed all of it because red didn't fit in with the rest of the bike. I also removed the black paint from the sprocket and polished it. the chainguard is all chrome but it's not on in these pics. I need to find a Hurst decal for the shift knob. if you look close you can see the shift knob in the pics.
