It was an MPC kit sold as a hauler specifically for the Ramchargers FED (which it's conveniently sitting next to in the photo). Pretty sure it was a one issue only kit (two issues at most) and hasn't appeared in any other versions since.
I don't think there was ever a 1:1 hauler built.

Just did some checking, it was originally released with the FED and then again without it.
Definitely a big ticket item these days if you wanted an unbuilt kit.

Such an odd combo kit from 'the day'. The Ramchargers were a Dodge/Mopar backed drag team... The "Advanced design transport truck" is powered by a Pontiac over head cam six...

Don't know what they're like to deal with but the prices don't seem excessive for a dealer - maybe we should send Tim round to check 'em out!

their Secure Credit Card Information Submittal Form ISNT secure it should start with HTTPS (encrypted) and it is NOT
ie "http://www.acmetoycompany.com/securepage .htm"
it's a very amateurish website. I wouldn't use it.

I was thinking one version with the Ramcharger Dragster came with the clear plastic bed cover.. The other issue did not.. Is this correct?
