Hey guy's I've been after a Deals Wheels Gomad Nomad for quite some time now and ebay hasn't come through. I was wondering if any of you have one for sale. I'm after a complete kit with box. Dont care if its been opened as I will be building it. I can paypal you plus postage.

Wow, those were going for about $40.00 just a couple of years ago in that condition! Guess I'll be hiding mine away....maybe its like gold -LOL

Yes over $100 for a partly built is the go and around $200 for a complete un built (not mint). Interesting that I could probably build one from the 57 Chevy kit. Just a different roof I think. Even more cool is that spell check wanted a capital C for Chevy ;D

You're probably right, looking at some old pics of the Gomad I restored, it was pretty much a glue bomb .That ,and the fact that it was listed as a "cartoon car" is likely the reason I got it cheap. Scott, I have a couple of upcoming shows to go to, if one pops up at a reasonable price I'll pick it up for you.

Hey stan, I thought it was an original nomad you were working on... until I took a closer look.. ah you got it from pieces...hmmm. now I am thinking. Thanks for bringing it up! Looks great. What about the windows in back? What would you use?

I used the stock glass from the 1/25 revell kit that donated the roof, (shortened and narrowed) Rear hatch and glass were narrowed also...( not in the pix,but was added in the up position as the box art shows) I really need to get around to post some completed shots...
