Building a miniature beast of a mini bike. Using modern go kart parts and a custom frame. Ive already built it in 3d as a design aid which as you can see from the photo's is a great help. I have all the parts now and am just finalizing the cad drawings then there of to the fab shop for bending laser cutting and welding. Its all stainless steel welded with most bolted on pieces in carbon fiber. Electric start with aircraft style ignition and kill switch. Superbike handle bars and a 196cc motor. Quite a distraction from model building but a cool project all the same. Always wanted a mini bike. Never thought it would turn out like this. Note the lazer cutting arrangement and the carbon fiber routing layout And to put the small size into perspective with a man standing next to it. Shown with the first mock up.
