 This thing has been banging around my parts stash as more of a brain fart for the better part of a decade... Pulled it out over the holiday and spent a little time on it getting things roughed out. I've only seen a few done as the camper version, and I've decided to make mine a '70s trail boss/desert explorer. Will be red with a white camper shell and fender flares and lots of 4x4 stuff... still have a long way to go, and I'm not doing the camper interior... but it's been fun to mess with some plastic and long over due.. |

Hey Brandon Thank You for posting this one! You have got me thinking about the one I had planned. I was gonna go with an Adam West "BATMAN" theme, a rolling Batcave as it were. Thanks guys... Ya know.. I'm not into 4x4 stuff either, other than the High Roller Camaro I had as a kid, but I had these vintage wheels and axles rolling around the parts box and I've always wondered if the camper version could actually built and not look goofy like the box art... It has potential..
My putty went bad and wouldn't kick over, so I had to scrape and wipe it all off the flares and stuff and start over. I'm adding a Dodge Van grille in place of the front door, and some Thrush side pipes from my new Gremlin X kit.
